« What a wonderful find close to Powderhorn! Communication with the owner was above and beyond. Everything was clean and very comfortable. There was an amazing welcome basket for us to enjoy, which was much appreciated after a very long drive. Heated garage parking was an added bonus. »

The location is central, with most businesses we were interested in were a 10-20 minute drive.Quiet, with little traffic, and Colorado Mesa University across the street. Park was close, as well as restaurants and bakeries.House interior isn’t updated, but beds were comfortable and large backyard was enjoyable for the grandkids. »
