'I am a big fan of Drury Inn & Suites! That being said, I think the 5:30 kickback should be moved from 6-8. It ends too early for travelers who look forward to the “ travel community or home feel” it provides to traveler'

'Parking is very convenient and right near your room. It is helpful to have a nice hotel that allows pets and also includes free breakfast. There were a few maintenance issues but easily overlooked with the affordable price and conveniences. The staff was kind and willing to do whatever they could to accommodate. Our front desk clerk, Linnea Rhodes, was very efficient and-although there were many guests coming and going- it was nice that she remembered me later in the day'

'I came to Louisville for a funeral. After the funeral I wanted to hangout with my nephews at a pool. I booked this place specifically for the pool. When I arrived at the hotel, the pool was shutdown. I stated my concerns to the front desk clerk and canceled this reservation. She assured me that I would not be charged. I booked another hotel with an open pool. I contacted Expedia. After over two weeks, the hotel refused to give me my money back.'
