The Sweetest Retreat!

I literally cannot rave enough about this beautiful cabin! The pictures don’t even do it justice. There were so many beautiful touches and the decor was impeccable. The cabin is nestled in a wooded area and we were greeted with ginormous deer every night and morning. There were lightning bugs lighting up the woods every night. The hot tub, pool table, and fire pit were such lovely amenities. We did not want to leave! Thank you for having us and providing such a sweet retreat indeed! God bless!

We had a party of three. All of us are women and cleanliness is vital! This cabin is better than what is shown through pictures. It has all amenities shown such as the hot tub and pool table, but it goes beyond what is mentioned. Forget a toothbrush
that ok brand new ones are provided in the little pouches like you get at a dentist with a small tube of name brand toothpaste. Razors, lotions, plenty of toilet paper, games, iron, ironing board, coffee, and the list goes on. The beds are heavenly. You have privacy in a safe area. Check in and out process was super easy. The cabin was extremely clean!!! The decor fit amazingly! And the owner even left a sweet little welcome gift!!! If I/we ever visit this area again this will be the cabin I rent!!! We were so impressed that the two ladies traveling with me even sent the information to their husbands for a future place to stay!! I am unable to express how perfect this cabin was!! Seeing is believing and you will not be let down!! I absolutely loved it!

A Definite Sweet Retreat!!

Such a great cabin in a perfect quiet location. This cabin has everything you need and more. The host have thought of everything
the kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you’d need to cook.. nice coffee bar and even sone toiletries sprinkled in just incase you may have forgotten something. The beds are very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Outstanding Host and Cabin!Our stay at this cabin was nothing short of perfect, and it’s all thanks to our incredible host. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned to ensure a memorable experience. The host went above and beyond with little touches that truly made our stay special — like the amazing coffee bar stocked with disposable cups, a variety of Tortini sweeteners, creamer, sugar, Splenda and Keurig coffee pods ready for us to use! The attention to detail was impressive — from the high-quality, beautifully stamped toilet paper to the plush robes, the well-stocked pots and pans, and the wine glasses displayed on the bed. The extra spices and thoughtful amenities like comfy beds and outdoor setups on both floors made our stay so relaxing. The cabin itself is stunning — beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated.Overall, this was easily the best host we've ever had on Vrbo. We felt welcomed, pampered, and completely at home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to returning!

My husband and I needed a place to escape the masters tournament in Augusta and this was the perfect place! With the beautiful fireplace and hot tub, we didn't even care that it rained.It was a beautiful four days.

Clean and cozy

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals over the years. This cabin by far is the cleanest and most well stocked. Every home convenience is provided, so you need to bring only your clothes, personal items, and food. The owner lives locally and is very friendly to speak with on the phone. The location is quiet and private, yet it's close to a main road. The beds are comfortable, and I enjoyed sleeping on the main floor the night there was rain to be gently heard on the insulated metal roof. Will definitely plan another stay here!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was so lovely and the property was great. They left easy to follow instructions and communicated well. The fire pit did not work at the time, but the owner’s were very responsive and promptly gave a partial refund which was very appreciated. Would highly recommend staying at this cabin.

Clean and very cute! Family wedding nearby in Cleveland, rented for close proximity to venue. Nice coffee bar provided. Beds were comfortable. Back decks, both levels very inviting, great for relaxing. We did not use the front fire pit but also a plus. Only area for improvement is the a/c is not adjustable in the downstairs bedroom area. Upstairs temperature pleasant but downstairs was very cold. Extra blankets were found to use so that was a help. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The very best!!!

I rented this cabin for a nice little getaway up in the mountains. I loved the photos I had seen of the cabin but I was not prepared for how truly amazing it was once I stepped inside. It was beyond my expectations. It’s slightly remote but has easy access to Helen, GA and many more cool locations to visit. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovely peaceful retreat in the trees

We had a lovely stay at the Sweet Retreat cabin. Everything was wonderful and everything we needed was provided. The home is well furnished, clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. We grilled every night and spent our days on the porches listening to the sounds of nature. Highly recommend.

Perfect Mountain Cabin Experience!

Would give this property 10 stars if I could. Everything was just as pictured/described and very clean. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with local info. Everyone agreed this was one of the top tier VRBO (or any type of rental) properties we’d ever visited. Fire pit and hot tub were so welcome after a day of touring and hiking! There were plenty of tools allowing us to cook dinner on the grill and in the kitchen. The beds were to die for
so comfortable and soft! [We all want to know the deets on mattress, pillows, and sheets
they are better than my bed at home!]. The only minuscule glitch was that the bathroom sink stopper got stuck in the plugged position. We were able to get it unstuck the next morning, so we never tried to reach the property manager re same. We thought we were short 1 of 2 robes, but later found the other one in the upstairs bathroom. Could not ask for a more perfect rental experience!
