Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Three bedrooms provide ample space for rest and relaxation. Each room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, along with hangers and closet storage to keep your belongings organized. The home includes 1.5 bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. A bathtub offers a place to soak, ensuring a refreshing daily routine.
Kitchen & Dining
Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and a whirlpool stainless steel electric stove. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are available, along with dishes, chopsticks, cups, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee makes mornings easy, and a dining table sets the stage for shared meals.

Guests traveling with little ones can request a crib, pack ’n play, or baby bath for a fee. Long-term stays are welcome, making it a practical option for extended visits.
Pet Policy
This pet-friendly home allows a maximum of two dogs for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog require approval and incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as access to the public park and playground directly next door.
Getting Around:
We have a detached 2 car garage that guests are welcome to use, as well as a driveway that can comfortably fit at least 3 vehicles.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use
Unauthorized guests

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
