Please note: Building access is fob-dependent. If a key fob is not available at check-in, guests will need to use the callbox to enter the building. Some building amenities also require a fob, so access to certain areas may be limited. Please also be aware that the elevator requires a fob for operation; therefore, guests may need to use the stairs to reach the unit. Security staff is generally on-site in the evenings (approximately 6 PM to 2 AM), though their schedule may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

My apartment is part of a residential building where you can enjoy a safe and convenient location. Please keep in mind that the building management handles the upkeep of hallways, elevators, and exterior areas. While I’ll always assist with matters inside the unit, external issues are managed by the building staff.
To ensure a comfortable stay, please keep windows, patio doors, and the front door closed, as there is currently a seasonal swarm of midges in the area.
Not the Host’s Responsibility
Noise from outside or other apartments: The building is in an urban setting and units are next to each other but remain private. Noise from neighbors or the street is beyond the host’s control.
Window coverings or fixtures provided by the building: These are managed by building management. The host cannot be held responsible for their absence or quality.
Building-wide issues (elevators, hallways, exterior conditions, common areas, etc.): These are under building management’s responsibility, not the host’s.
Seasonal or environmental factors (such as midges or insects in Cleveland): These are natural occurrences in the area and are not due to lack of cleanliness in the unit.

Guests are advised to use street parking or nearby paid parking facilities. Several paid parking options are available within walking distance.
As per building management policy, vehicles cannot be accommodated inside the parking garage or anywhere within the property.
Linens and Couch Reminder: We do not provide extra towels, blankets, and sheets for the couch. If you plan to use it, feel free to bring your own. Linens are provided for the queen bed, but for the couch, please bring your own blankets and sheets to ensure a comfortable stay.
