'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact, we tried to book another stay this month, but the property wasn't available. This is one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. It's secluded enough to be private and quiet, but still convenient to surrounding towns. We loved walking around the neighborhood in the evening. The open porch is wonderful for morning coffee, and the enclosed porch is great in the evening.And we're still trying to find a TV/entertainment cabinet like the piece shown in...

'Surprisingly close to town. It only took us 12 minutes to get to Furman University for the seminar we were attending. The master suite worked perfectly for my 92 year old mom. She used the driveway as a ramp, rather than attempt the steep interior staircase. Four of us slept upstairs (3rd floor). Mom and my sister shared the king bed in the master suite (1st floor), the dining, living and kitchen w/1/2 bath are on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is accessible from the upper parking space and...

'This was our second time staying at The Bird's Nest Cabin. We loved it. The space was cozy and clean. We were taking our daughter to camp and this was just the right space for us to enjoy the weekend. She was so excited to play on the playground again and adventure on the trail behind our cabin.
