'We stayed with 2 families, total of 8 persons. More then enough space for all of us! We even had one empty room.. Nice clean neighbourhood close to all the major parks but far away not to be bothered by crowds. Only remark: inventory didn't always seem te serve the max number of guests (10 beds 1 crib). 'Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. 'Deze woning is mooi gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien, zeker een aanrader als je dicht bij de parken wilt zitten. Paar puntjes om te verbeteren: Airco is niet instelbaar en temperatuur wisselvallig. Een ventilator onder de overkapping bij het mooie zwembad zou een goede aanvulling zijn. Het bed in de masterbedroom is bij een lengte bij 1.90 m. Tekort en wel flink doorgezakt. + punt is dat er direct door Lucie en Alain gereageerd wordt als er problemen zijn en dat is heel fijn.'

'We stayed as a family of 5 adults and one 5 year old for a trip to Disney. The place was amazing and the pool was perfect for us. Even though the thermostat can only be at 75 degrees we were comfortable and that was my only reservation going into the trip. Perfect distance from Disney about 30 mins out which I find gives a little decompress time on the way home. I hope to stay here again some day'

'The home is located very central, close to the parcs, restaurants and shops. At a very quiet street and nice neighbourhood. The house met our expectations. It wasn't very clean upon our arrival and there were several points that need some work. The contact with the owners before and during our stay was great. 'We had a lovely family vacation at this well presented villa in March and April. The games room is a real bonus. The property is well situated in a quiet gated community with golf, cycle rides and amenities close by. Close enough to Disney and Universal parks but allow extra time for the heavy traffic. The owner was very responsive. On arrival the pool heater was down and the owner had it repaired within a day. We are very happy to recommend this villa.'
