'We stayed for 4 nights for our daughter’s wedding. Our group ranged between 5-12 across our stay and this was a PERFECT fit for our family…which also served as a gathering Gift Opening event. 'We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. 'Mike was a great host and was FAST at communicating. I need to comment that I only gave 4 stars on cleaning. On special request, the host got the house ready a week early on the condition I agreed that it was not quite ready to his normal standards and we were the first guests ever in his new property.
