« To be honest guys, we never stayed at this place. We were going to and had a change of plans. I would like you to know that Matt is a heck of a guy. We cancelled last minute. Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. « We arrived at Suncadia at 2 AM after a concert at the Gorge. Upon check-in, we went up to the room and found a tray of dirty room service dishes in front of the door. Once entering the unit, we discovered a bunch of wadded up wet towels around a leak in the toilet. The toilet seat had plastic residue on it, and toilet would not flush. That bathroom was dirty and inoperable. There were dozens of coffee mate creamers in the fridge. We understand sometimes mistakes are made with housekeeping,...

« Cute and spacious. The cabin was well equipped and communication was easy. The walls are a bit thin. And there is some chipped paint and looks a bit old. But the decor is charming and it was very comfortable. The only complaint - is the coffee table in the living room. The way it is shaped - it is a serious tripping hazard. For safety sake they should replace that. Other than that - great spot and we would stay here again. »

« February was such a great time to visit! Enjoyed some XC skiing at the pass, so no snow in Leavenworth was no problem. This condo was perfect for our family, nice and quiet to enjoy the down time and well equipped kitchen so we could cook in addition to enjoying some restaurants in town. Thank you! »

« Nice, clean, quiet location and spacious condo. A bit cold mainly due to the mobile ACs installed on the windows that are not properly isolated. The heating vents are a bit lowd and forced us to turn them off during the night despite the cold. Despite all that we sleept really well. »
