'We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. '

'Mooi hotel met ontzettend leuke kamer. Ligging is perfect en het ontbijt is erg goed en uitgebreid. Wat een stuk minder is is de service, de receptie is rommelig. Wij bleven 3 nachten de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en was er geen koffie, thee en fris bijgevuld, Schone handdoeken waren op het (onopgemaakte )bed gegooid. De laatste ochtend belde we met de receptie of we iets langer in de kamer konden blijven ( minder dan een uur…) en dat was geen probleem maar 10 minuten ná check-out...

'We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful. We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses. Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again.'

'Prachtig gelegen hotel, met mooie, zeer ruime kamer en luxe badkamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enig minpuntje was de onervarenheid van de bediening; er miste altijd wel iets aan het ontbijt. Maar zou hier zeker nog een keer naar terug willen gaan en zou het zeer aanbevelen!'
