'The cabin exceeded my expectations and was an amazing getaway '

'Wonderful stay in a lovely little retro cabin that’s updated just enough to be comfortable while imagining you’ve gone back in time. Our host was proactive and very helpful. She made the stay that much better.We visited in late summer. The stargazing was spectacular! And we sat outside around the fire listening to apples fall from the trees watching the wildlife (safely, from a distance!). The surrounding area had lots to explore.'

'Nice place, the grounds are beautiful. We saw deer & turkeys in the morning. Our hostess Rose is charming and gave us a tour of the whole place. WiFi was good because cell service/5g is sketchy at best in the area. Overall great place to stay!'

'The place was beautiful and a really good vibe. Only complaints are that there was a strong sulfur smell from the water, so we had to get bottled. Also no wood available for the fireplace or outdoor fire pit so again had to fend for ourselves. Host was super friendly with great communication and gave us an extra hour for checkout. '

'Hosts were very nice and communicative and they allowed an early check in because of a snow storm. However, the cabin was very dirty. The prior guest had been staying there for two months with a dog prior to our arrival and it was not adequately cleaned. There was dog hair covering the couch. The couch and pillows smelled like dog. There were food scraps, hair and other garbage under the couch cushions when we went to use the pullout bed. The guest left personal belongings. The dishes and...

'Mike & Debbie are wonderful hosts, very social but don't push past what you're comfortable with. There little camp is neat, clean, beautiful set up. They provide towels, shampoo & body wash! My kind of camping. There is a bit of a hill to get to the cabins but they also have an accessible cottage for someone may need it. Their 2 pups, Luna & Roxy, will great you & check on you throughout the day. You'll love your stay!'

'Freezing temperatures and a ton of snow made for a winter wonderland. Had a phenomenon 5 days with family by reading books by the fireplace. Three thumbs up!'
