It was easy to find, the a/c worked great (Tennessee summers, ya know?), and everything was clean and fresh. We were just far enough away from the loud city traffic, but close enough to do a little shopping in town. Leon and Gayden were the perfect hosts, we hope to stay here again one day! »

« What a nice experience! The area was so clean and comfortable, not only for us but also for our dog. The view from the deck is BEAUTIFUL! We could not stay outside much due to the heat wave that Tennessee was experiencing. However, when we return, we will definitely spend some time outside. We will stay with at this beautiful location again. »

« We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers. The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap. The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower. Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away. Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville. »

« At first had trouble getting into the house. Within 2 rings the homeowner answered the phone and apologized about the trouble. Seriously couldn’t have been easier to get ahold of them! Very nice neighborhood and very clean. Only complaint was that the shower rod kept falling down on us when getting in/out of shower »

« This property was very cozy and home like. The owner, Natasha communicate with you the whole time you are there to make sure your stay is going well. We were going to get a hotel but do not regret our choice of stay at this home. Everything looks exactly like the pictures, there is a washer/dryer in unit along with cooking supplies! My best stay yet. When I come back to Clarksville, I already know where I will be staying »

« My husband and I stayed here on a quick trip for a concert. The place was really neat. The hot tub was wonderful. Our only problem was that we didn't get to enjoy the game room(pool table) and bar because our stay wasn't long enough. »
