'We are in love with this property! It was a relaxing, fishing weekend with the family and we all had such a great time. We took our dog, and it was set up to be very pet friendly. She had a doggy door that went outside and a fenced in area, super convenient! The property is so clean, so open and airy, amazing lake views. We loved the beachy vibe and the attention to detail. 'Property was as advertised. Very clean, pet friendly with a fenced yard. Backyard was nice with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Wi-Fi worked well. I was able to connect all devices with good speed. Close access to lakes and trails.'

'I spent the Fourth of July weekend at this home and had an amazing time. The house was clean and had all the amenities you would need. The home was spacious on the inside with three bedrooms, a pull out couch and futon. The location was amazing. Right on the water, with the use of kayaks and a paddle boat. The neighborhood was safe. 'We had an awesome guys trip. Fishing was good, house was clean, the hosts are very responsive. We cannot wait to stay again! The only downside was no air conditioning and it was over 100 degrees, but we survived. '

'Incredible view and communication with property owners make this stay a perfect weekend getaway. The lodge itself was clean, nicely spaced out for everyone to enjoy privacy or to come together for conversation on the deck overlooking the lake or the fire pit. The town is a few minutes away with an ice cream shop, hardware store and an outstanding grocery store with fresh cut meat available if you’re looking to grill/cook. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for a couples or family getaway. '

'My husband and I enjoyed Kelley’s “better than a tent” cabin for our anniversary getaway. The cabin was spotless, smelled really nice and had so much charm throughout. I wish we could have enjoyed the outside portion of the cabin more, as it is designed for such a fun outdoor space, but we were out and about all weekend. If we are back in the area again, we would for sure rent this cabin again. '

'We had a wonderful time staying here. The cabin was great and served us well for our weekend away from the kids. We had a lovely time sitting on the main deck sipping our morning coffee and then sitting on the far deck in the evening enjoying the view of the scenery. The river and landscape are beautiful to admire while the homeowners wait for the lake to be reestablished. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely come back here to stay if we are ever in the area...

'This cute little cabin was awesome...right on the water and we had big plans that weekend. Unfortunately, I had to DJ a last minute wedding in Port Huron and we couldn't stay. We literally only spent the night sleeping there and that was it. Would love to come up & try again sometime. :-) '

I would say that for us, the listing under sold the property a little.
