Safaritenten in Ciutadella de Menorca

'The hotel location was excellent (5 min walk to edge of the old town) and lots of free parking close. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful and polite. We didnt have breakfast but there are numerous options all within a few minutes walk.'

'A beautiful boutique hotel approx a 10 minute walk from Ciutadella. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The small pool and outdoor space were great to relax. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The shower was hot and with great pressure. Breakfast was lovely where you can order an a la carte dish as well as helping yourself to a small buffet section. Lots of choices of coffee, tea, juices etc. We had a lovely stay and would definitely...

'Great location'

'We had an amazing stay on this amazing island from the beginning to the end. The room was immaculate, super clean and well maintained with airconditioning, comfortable bed and good storage for luggage. Plenty of amenities in bathroom, a big shower head and a small one to hold, room cleaning/ bed sheets and change of towels, on demand. Nuria, our host, did a fabulous job and made our stay extra special. Would we come again? Absolutely!'

'My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid approximately $316 per night for three nights (about $1,000 in total), so I expected a much higher level of service. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several disappointing issues. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in, and we urgently needed to use the restroom. I actually had to take a shower first just to deal with the situation until we could get more. The room itself was...

'The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent, but whilst there were choices for breakfast, I think it could be improved. A shelf in the shower would be a great addition to the bathroom and the towels upgraded. Overall though, a sweet little hotel in a beautiful location. Would recommend.'

'Séjour et accueil agréables. Conseils avisés avant notre arrivée pour se stationner à proximité . Emplacement central et au top! Seuls bémols seraient la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée (poubelle non vidée, état vétusté de la poubelle de la salle de bain) et petit déjeuner non varié... une cafetière dans la chambre serait sympa .... 'The location of Es Mirador is excellent! It is easy to walk and explore nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean The in-room amenities are excellent and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and assistance with taxis from the friendly and helpful front desk. The only thing lacking is so minor, I hesitate to mention it but I appreciate hair conditioner in the shower. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.'
