In the small village of Cala'n Bosch, on the south-western tip of Menorca, the beautiful A12 holiday home is located in a complex with several apartments that share a large outdoor area. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and offers a living room with modern furnishings, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and television. Outside you will find an open, furnished terrace inviting you to eat together in the fresh air. Start the day with a delicious breakfast under the Menorcan sun or round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. In addition, the community pool, children's pool and outdoor shower invite you to cool off on warm summer days - everyday stress is quickly forgotten! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 250 m or a 3-minute walk away and the nearest beach, Cala'n Bosch, is 550 m or a 6-minute walk from the accommodation.



Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The Wi-Fi is communal Wi-Fi and the connection can get interrupted.
