The property has large outdoor areas and a garden of 6000 square meters with a private swimming pool 10.5 meters long by 5.5 meters wide, a beautiful patio to be enjoyed, a brick solarium with deck chairs and umbrellas.

The villa spans over two floors and has a kitchen with a domestic fireplace in the basement. The space is equipped with everything: table for 10 people, sink, 5-burner hob, oven, refrigerator. The living area is intimate and cozy.
On the first floor, in addition to a second the kitchen with common living room, there is the first sleeping area with two double bedrooms served by a bathroom with tub.
On the second floor guests can find 2 other bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, another TV area with sofa, reading and writing corner, and a third complete kitchen.

Villa il Bocatino is located a few minutes walk from Citerna, one of the most beautiful villages in Central Italy, in a strategic position from which it's possible to reach the main historical and cultural sites in the area: Arezzo, with its monuments and antiques stalls, Sansepolcro birthplace of Piero della Francesca, the ancient village of Anghiari, then Città di Castello, Assisi, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno area and many other nice places.
