« The room was modern and comfortable with a lovely shower and bathroom, the chrome was all polished. Bed very comfortable and large TV on the wall. The hotel was very quiet at night. The bar area was clean and spacious with a good selection of drinks and food. We ordered toasties which were made with cheap white bread and were soggy on one side due to the salad being next to it but otherwise ok. Rooms a bit small and bathroom with a vintage touch. Well located to access sea, piers, pleasure beach...but the hotel part of blackpool has severely suffered from recession so closed hotels and very poorly maintained ones are part of the scene when getting around the hotel but again totally satisfied by our stay...

« Nice little hotel, bed was comfortable. We had a small double for the night and it was absolutely fine for our needs. Staff are good and looked after us well. Can't fault it at all for what we paid and parking available across the road, so unlike hotels in the centee of town you will always be handy for your car. »

« What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...

Only feedback would be that check in info wasn't completly clear as it says to contact the propery ahead of the stay to get check in details and the number on hotels.com was a landline (i got mobile number from the website and was able to speak to Jackie who said she would be there to let us in so no issues just...
