« The first room we were given, was not clean, back down to the front desk and got a new room....when we got into the new room, the nightstand must have needed repair as it was pulled out with vices on it and a mess behind it. The bathroom had no towels to take a shower and when you turned off the AC, water poured out of it into the room. Terrible experience. »

« Check-in was through a Kiosk. Could barely understand the representative on the kiosk. The check-in system was "glitching" so took at least 25 minutes to check in to a room that was pre-paid for. You could see through door jam into room. Room stunk. Bathroom door did not close without slamming the door. Couch cushion covers were missing and instead covered with just a blanket. TV in bedroom did not have a remote. Breakfast sausage had paper stuck to it. Bakery options were gone and never...

« Was clean, nice room and bedding. Amenities were slim. Just refridge and small microwave. No coffee maker. Long plumbing feed from hot water heater to secondary building meant it took a while to get hot water in the shower, but was fine when it came. Small size TV, but did have a full gamut of Spectrum cable TV service, which is rather uncommon in hotels and very welcomed. We were able to watch the Brewers game and Golf channel, which is not normally possible in a lot of hotels. Convenient...
