After reporting these issues, a technician came and repaired the bed with zip ties, replaced the phone, and fixed...

'Kind host. Hospitality is great! Clean appartment with sea view. Cleaning is done every few days and towels, for me that's a huge extra (because I didnt't expect it for that price). Near the sea & supermarkets and a very quiet area. I would recommend it for sure to everyone who wants to stay near the sea, but wants a quiet area to relax to the fullest.'
