Hôtel près de Cineworld Telford (Telford)

« The temperature in my room was 17° and never went above 18° despite my request. So a fan was snoring all night. The shower was cold too. and the light was dim at night. I was afraid of crossing a polar bear! Location is great if you attend an event at Telford International. »

« Hotel avec un bon accueil. Mention particulière pour la très bonne restauration à un prix correct. »

« The AC was broken down in the entire wing in the heat of summer. Staff brought fans but that did not help as the windows couldn’t open either. My family and I had no sleep or rest during our entire stay. »

« Sauna, piscine et restaurant agréables en plus du parking. »

« Cannot comment as we were sent to a different loction at the last minute »

« Hotel was oke, meer niet. Was prima voor een beursbezoek. Hotel lag wel gelegen op een gezellig plein en vlak bij een shoppingmall. En op 3 min van de beurs af. Dat was top. »

« Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company. »

« The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

« The room was clean . The bedroom was small for a double, bed was very comfy but had a terrible squeak every time one person moved . The bathroom spacious and good shower. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Located very good for travelling around the area . »

« The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and give good advice of the area. It is a lovely walk into the town too. The food was exceptional everything of choice you could possibly wish for. »

« I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again. »

« Efficient and friendly staff, clean rooms with all the facilities you need. Evening meal and service was excellent couldn’t fault my stay would definitely recommend. »

« Although much about this property is dated, the warmth of its welcome, the high quality of its food, and the ease of parking (for £4 a day in the carpark across the road) make this a five star stay. »

« Good size room, lovely breakfast with amazing views and friendly helpful staff »

« I very rarely post a bad review; I normally don't post a review at all if I haven't liked it. However, we booked The Croft based on the number of 5* reviews it had. On a positive, the location of this B&B is perfect - really close to the High Street. However, we've stayed in a lot of places, both higher and lower end, depending on our requirements, and I'm sorry to say that this is probably one of the worst places we've stayed at. The room and en-suite were possibly the smallest we've ever...

« Lovely property -- a lot of stais to get to rooms, but a very nice location »
