"Disappointing experience — not family-friendly I booked a room for two nights. On the second night, I had to host my 8-year-old son unexpectedly, as his father had an emergency. The reception told me that the room I was in couldn’t accommodate an extra bed, so I had to pay an additional £100 to move to another room — same size, and still without an extra bed. Only after I strongly insisted did they finally bring one. Considering the already high nightly rate, paying £100 more for the same space felt unreasonable. Very little understanding or flexibility for a child. Definitely not a human-centred or family-friendly hotel."

"Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London. Special mention to Sahel, Dalo, Niko and Mohamed (sorry if I've spelt some names wrong 😅, but the sentiment is there) for their kindness and for responding to all our requests. We hope to return soon to discover other parts of London. From France,Take Care And see you Guys 😊 ! 🇬🇧🇫🇷"

"Chambre en très bon état et propre. Petit déjeuner convenable sauf les nuisances sonores par d’autres clients. Mention très bien pour le serveur Chitran et la serveuse enceinte. Aussi l’hygiène de la piscine reste à désirer car certains clients se mouchent dans l’eau. Nous n’avons pas osé aller dans l’eau."
