'Auberge de la Fontaine was ons verblijfadres in Montréal tijdens een roadtrip door noord-oost Amerika. Het is gelegen rechttegenover een aangenaam park in een rustige buurt. Het gebouw is wat ouder, maar alles is proper. Er wordt 's morgens een zeer lekker ontbijt geserveerd, naar Europese norm. 'Room was spotless, kitchen was well-stocked, coffee maker was convenient, and bathroom amenities were more than adequate. No street noise perceptible from Unit 11. Great neighbourhood for bars and restaurants, and 4119 St-Denis is a 9 min walk to the subway. Staff is responsive and courteous. Would absolutely stay again!'

'The property is well kept by folks that have been tending it for decades and it shows! The home itself is amazingly cozy and beautiful. The porch and the outdoor garden area are as beatific as the 170 year old home. Plenty of places to eat and drink that are walking distance from the property. The complementary breakfasts are something to behold. The food is made lovingly and with fresh ingredients. Waking to the smell of homemade crepes brought me so much comfort and joy during my brief stay....

'This is the place to be. Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. This hotel is the most charming and elegant place to stay. Everything was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and professional. Matthew took care of us. We stayed here for our anniversary and don’t have any bad things to say. The breakfast was good, and the unlimited coffee was an amazing perk. The property itself was beautiful and blended right in with the bricks and stone all around Old Montreal. 10/10...
