Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Les points faibles : Propreté
The unit slept four just fine, though more people would be tight. The dishwasher was broken on arrival, and no dishes or cups were clean for use. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The toilet seat had a broken screw and slid sideways when used. The “game room” had a single controller and a device that didn’t work.Cleanliness concerns included a dark stain on the pull-out mattress, a used bandaid under the bed, and toothpaste buildup in the bathroom made me question how thorough the cleaners are between guests. The basement gym is a nice amenity but was also dirty with the treadmill heavily covered in sweat stains. The host was responsive at check-in and quick to answer questions. The extra bathrooms in the building made managing the single bathroom in the unit much easier.Location was great for walking to Reds and Bengals games and the casino. That said, the unit is across the street from a jail, and certain pockets of the area felt unsafe at night.

This was a pleasant stay right in downtown Cincinnati. My dad and I were there for two nights for a wedding. It was conveniently located in the middle from CVG airport and Ault Park where the wedding was. We used Lyft to get around, but heads up if you're driving, you'll have to pay for parking there and pretty much everywhere else in the city. The host was super responsive to my questions and sent over the check-in and check-out instructions really fast. Really appreciated that.If you need food, there are a few places you can walk to. We tried Pennyflower around the corner and it was great. We also grabbed water and snacks at Bloom market. There was Roise's Italian restaurant nearby, but with the wedding we didn't try it.The Suites 333 felt really safe thanks to their locking system. Seeing security cameras at the entrance and in the halls gave us peace of mind. The place was decorated cutely, and the bathroom looked like it had been recently remodeled. The only minor issue was the toilet seat was a bit loose and shifted when you sat on it. The water pressure was fine and warm. We didn't have any trouble keeping the place at a comfortable temperature with AC/heat, got cooler at night. There was a backup bathroom downstairs if needed. However, I was in the room closer to the street, so it got pretty noisy at night. Also when pulled blinds up by living room table, we noticed 3 ants, but we took care of them. Despite those few things, I'd still recommend staying here.
