Ideally, if you can use car share (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc), public transportation or the free light rail, that would be best. Parking can be challenging in the area. There is metered street parking as well as paid parking lot options in the area. We advise all guests not to ever park in the lot that is right next to the property.

In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules:

* Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front gate, building entry door, and unit doors must all be securely closed by you.

* No pets allowed. This is a pet-free home. If a pet is brought into this home there will be a $200 fee added for additional cleaning.

* Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building (there's a $1000 fee for evidence of smoking). Please do not open windows in the common area.

* No parties or events of any kind are allowed.

* Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 (10pm) to 08:00 (8am) every day.

* Only the guests listed on your reservation are allowed in the unit. No visitors are permitted at any time. A violation of this house rule will result in a $75 per person unauthorized guest fee that will be charged as a penalty.

* No third-party bookings allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The individual making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and at least 23 years old.

* No weapons or illegal substances are permitted anywhere on or inside the property.

* Please report any damages immediately so we can address them promptly.

* For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay, in addition to the platform agreement.

How Property Damage Protection Works

We have the $59 damage protection enacted on our listing which means:

-Guest pays $59 for $1500 coverage

When booking, guests will be given the choice of paying the Property Damage Protection plan cost or paying the amount equivalent to the selected coverage level as a damage security deposit. If you decline to pay $59, VRBO will automatically charge you a $1,500.00 refundable deposit. Please take note and do not be surprised by this. Thank you.
