Walk into the cozy living room with comfortable couch & seating. High speed 250Mbps fiber Wifi for work & streaming. Open living room has a 55" Smart TV for all your streaming. The newly renovated kitchen has Dawn, Keurig and kcups, and stocked with cooking essentials for you to use!

The bathroom is spacious and inside the bedroom! We also provide Tide pods for your laundry emergencies.
The bedroom has a medium Helix branded Queen mattress. We use 100% cotton towels and organic cotton sheets on the daybeds.

The single AC unit can heat and cool. There is an additional heater in the bedroom if needed.

You will have access to the entire apartment.
Laundry is next door to the apartment and shared with the building.

Assigned parking spot for 1 car. All other cars must park on the street.
