Marie and her assistants Patrick and Maria were very gracious and helpful. When we had some issues, they were quick to help and got everything solved quickly.
Mountain camping without all the hassel!!!
We decided on a last minute weekend getaway to the mountains and this 5th Wheel was a great place to call "home" for a few days! The camper was large enough for my wife, 2 teenagers, 2 Aussie pups, and myself to not be cramped! The camper is in pristine condition with everything you could need amenities wise. The host was great with communication and the RV/Camp host was absolutely wonderful! Great location to be able to visit anywhere in the Enchanted Circle! What a way to mountain vacation without having to pack all the gear. We will definitely be coming back here more often!!! Don't hesitate, book this 5th wheel today!!!
It was a nice stay. The only complaint was the smell of mothballs. I sure it was done to prevent rodents from entering the camper, but it is not a pleasant smell.
The property is surrounded by the Sangre Christo Mountains. A short drive will get you to Eagleâs Neat Lake for some trout fishing. The property is quaint with every age camper from Boy Scouts in tents to retirees living their best life. The management is AMAZING ensuring the comfort of each camper with a smile. There is also a sweet little gift shop where one can grab a Ponil Campground coffee cup or key chain, hand made art or that bag of charcoal you forgot. The RV is spacious and has all the âcreature comfortsâ of home - from a fridge and fire place to a recliner and television. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a quiet get away and plan to return myself very soon!
First time staying in a trailer and it was a great experience. Clean, comfortable & cozy for me & my dog and so convenient to Cimarron. Cooking was easy & so grateful for cutlery, dishes, pots & pans. I will book again next time I visit my son! Thank you.
This place is wonderful, the host are super helpful. We had and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. The campgrounds and well kept and there is plenty of shade. They also have a gift shop, game room, and activities to do when you run out of your own. I will definitely be staying here again!!
The campground is very well kept, peaceful, cozy, relaxing. We would recommend exploring the area. The mountains are breathtaking. We went to Taos for a day excursion and it was amazing.
