« We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook »

« We were disappointed to find the pool room was under maintenance so we could not use it, looking at other reviews seems like this has been the case for some time so not sure why it’s still advertised with it. Also advertised 7 rooms however we only had access to 6, all other doors and assuming 7th room was locked, so again not what we paid for. Place was quite dusty and smelt humid, did not seem as clean close up as it seems in photos. Overall we were quite disappointed. Hoping this review...

« What a remarkable experience. The accommodations were great for a family of 8 and the setting was beautiful. The host is outstanding. Very attentive and communicative. She was available to assist with any issues. The facility has everything you would ever need. The kids loved the ping pong table and the kayak. The adults loved the scenery. « Excellent provision of bed ware, towels etc. for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for grandchildren's hide and seek. One games machine not working. Great location close to Redwoods and Luge.Excellent communication to and from Emma. One thing always bugs me about properties - a ragbag assortment of coat hangers! But that's the only niggle! »

« The property, although warm and dry, could do with a thorough deep clean. Everything looked tired. There were knick knacks decorating the lounge and ugly stuffed toys. Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed. « One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10! »
