The views from this home are absolutely spectacular—both sides of the house offer beautiful scenery. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and it was a great space for our group to relax and spend time together. It was also a really nice touch to have groceries stocked in the fridge upon arrival.Roosevelt, the concierge, was great—very helpful and always available when we needed him. We also appreciated the complimentary Moko Jumbie dancers and the late checkout, which were nice additions to our stay.The home could use a bit of TLC, particularly with some light switches and door locks, but overall it did not take away from our experience.We made wonderful memories on this family vacation and truly enjoyed our time here.

Stop looking and book this house now! Everything about this experience was perfect. Communication with the owner, Bob before and during the stay was great. Roosevelt, the house manager, is awesome. Anything you need he can help with. The house itself is top notch. The pictures do not do this property justice. The views are amongst the best we’ve ever seen. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Surrounded by breathtaking views in every direction, this beautiful retreat offered us a wonderful winter escape. Unforgettable sunrises and cool breezes from the charming turret were a highlight! There were 5 couples and we were all comfortable in our accommodations and appreciated the en suite bedrooms.In my opinion a vacation place in the Caribbean is all about the outside areas and Polaris Pointe did not disappoint. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were great and we spent very little time indoors when we did it was in the kitchen which is well stocked and lovely. Roosevelt the concierge was great and we appreciated having someone nearby to answer all questions and help navigate the airport ect. We truly felt he was a great asset to the property. We were very reassured knowing there was someone nearby. Exceptionally private with no nearby neighbors, this property offers complete peace and tranquility—your own secluded paradise with incredible views all around. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely place with us!

We had an awesome trip and loved Polaris Pointe! The house is amazing - the views were breathtaking, loved sitting in the crows nest and watching the hummingbirds and spent hours hanging by the pool. We had 12 adults and a 2.5 year old and we never felt crowded since the house is so expansive. Everybody loved it! Bob was an excellent host - he was a text or call away and extremely responsive. Any issue we had was instantly taken care of. He called us prior to our trip, answered all of our questions and gave us a ton of suggestions to help make our trip perfect. Bob is the best! And we had a great time with Roosevelt. He took care of all of our needs and was a lot of fun to talk to! Thank you! We have already talked about going back some time. Thanks Bob for sharing your home with us! We had the best vacation and loved your home.

We had an amazing stay at Polaris Point….what a great property! The 360’ ocean views and scenery were breathtaking. It’s was neat watching the hummingbirds fly in and out of the hibiscus trees. The rooftop veranda was a perfect spot to watch the sunrises and sunsets. The kids really enjoyed the large pool and miniature golf on site. A very peaceful spot to be in St. Croix. Sad to go but already looking forward to our trip back to paradise!

This is a fantastic property. Very peaceful, with no neighbors nearby. Fantastic views in every direction. Bob and Roosevelt were very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Roosevelt met us at the airport and took us grocery shopping on the way to the house. He also came to the house every day to check if we wanted him to book any excursions, massages, etc, and keep the pool and property in tip top shape. Anything we needed, we just had to ask. Our group of 10 had a wonderful time.

Living a Birthday Dream

We spent a week @ Polaris Point which was a perfect choice for our 65th and 70th birthday celebrations. The home was well appointed and provides exceptional views and inspiration for our St Croix visit. The pool area, the Bar-B-Q, putting green, table tennis and billiards were unexpected bonuses. Ours 10 guests enjoyed every feature of the home including the gym.Roosevelt the local contact was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and for the most part accommodating at meeting our needs. The owner was generous with his time, relationships and resources to insure we had a memorable stay.This is the perfect property to host a large group vacation. We absolutely loved our time @ Polaris Point!

Beautiful home and magnificent 360 view

Polaris Pointe accommodated our extended family of 12 very well. We are a group of 63-82 year old siblings, cousins, and in-laws who had such a nice time there. Each couple had a private bedroom and en-suite bath. The pool was wonderful, and some used the putting green. We chose to eat in often and loved cooking and eating together. I have stayed at a number of VRBO properties in the Caribbean but have never seen such glorious views. The Belvedere outlook was amazing! Roosevelt was a great asset to the property, and the owner kept in touch and was very thorough. So glad we picked Polaris Pointe!

Great set up for a large group

Property is well built and the location is fabulous. Accommodations were great. Love the bellvedere. Electrical switches are complicated. Some things like hot tub cover and putting green are worn. Rosevelt tried hard to secure the putting green sections after wind.We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home and location

We all had a wonerful time at this beatiful home. The views of the island and the ocean are spectacular from in every direction. Roosevelt was polite, attentive and very helpful. There are a couple of items that need attention. Not all burners on the outside grill worked. We still utilized the grill but with our large group it took a little longer. Some of the bedroom doorknobs were loose and hard to open. Finally the mattresses and pillows need to be updated. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home

Xmas to remember

The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and packed with amenities. The pool is great, and the views are stunning. It's quiet and secluded.Bob, the owner was in regular communication with us and made sure we had all we needed for our trip with plenty of recommendations for activities, meals, etc.But the real star of the house is Roosevelt. He was there to get us from the airport, stocked the house with necessities (booze), made sure everything was set for our arrival, put up with our constant requests, ran to the house one evening when the gas ran out for the stove, and best of all put up a Christmas tree. He is super friendly and seems to have the whole island wired. He always knew how to find what we needed and has a constant smile on his face. He was like instant family.Since this was our first trip to St. Croix we learned a few things you should take into account.Rent a car. We rented the car from the owner, but should have rented a second. The house is quite secluded, so plan your trips around the island to take that into account. Plenty of markets and restaurants within 30 minutes.Driving on the other side of the road was fun, but you get the hang of it quickly. It takes time to get places, as the roads are narrow and windy. If you are a golfer, Buccaneer is a really fun course and the Pro Kenny is the best. But if you are counting on the putting green and driving bays listed, let's just say that description is a bit embellished :)Overall, fantastic!

Location, location and location

The property is amazing and the views, yes 360° view throughout the day. Thiis was our first family vacation and we were not disappointed. Although we ventured out to explore the island, were perfectly happy with staying at the house and enjoy the pool and views. We have a few amateur chefs in the family and they truly enjoyed the muniple kitchens. The kindness of our host is undesirable. Roosevelt took care of all our needs, including the best spots for local food and fruits. Bob, the owner also made sure we have everthing in place before our arrival, took the stress out of planning a vacation. However, the cherry on the cake was his recommendation for a catering service for my birthday by the pool. We had the best red velvet rum cake. I would trurly recommend staying at Polaris Point, a little piece of paradise. Recommended to a few friends already.

Unlike any other

Polaris Pointe was an amazing vacation destination. This villa provided everything necessary for a luxurious stay. You don’t have to leave the mountain if you choose not to. Everything is available at your fingertips and anything needed, the property manager, Roosevelt was more than happy to obtain. He made himself overly available and was very accommodating to make for an extra comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and elegant. The 360° views were unlike any others. This was truly an exquisite experience that created memories to last a lifetime.

Pictures don't do justice for views

House was amazing. 360 views are legit. Rarely do we stay at a property where actual views are far better than pics. Travelled with teenagers and adults. Had 13 people. Teenagers definitely loved posting pictures on Social Media. Plenty of room to spread out. Definitely go on catamaran tour w/ Captain Carl to Buck Island.

Incredible views!

Polaris Pointe is an incredible property and our group had an amazing time. The views are AMAZING, especially from the belvedere where we watched every sunrise and sunset. The pool is excellent and there is TONS of outdoor seating both in the sun and shade. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and having provisions there upon our arrival was a really nice perk. Our host, Bob, had recommended a driver, Henry, who was excellent and drove our group around the island for various excursions including a trip with Captain Carl to Buck Island (highly recommend), a nighttime bioluminescent kayak ride (also great) and an afternoon at the Buccaneer resort that Bob had arranged for us. We encountered a few issues with the rental but John from Calabash Realty was excellent and responsive. For the first half of our stay the water in the guesthouse was not fully working, and John sent a plumber to figure out what was happening and got it fixed. There were some amenities mentioned in the listing when we booked that were inaccurate or no longer applicable when we arrived -- the on-property car was not available to rent, the beds were not all king sized as listed, and a few items were in need of repair. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation in a breathtaking location in a beautiful, well-appointed home.

Amazing Property and Vacation

This property is Amazing with breathtaking views and rich history. Being at the top of the island we were able to see other islands and beautiful views. The property is big enough to fit a large family or group of friends. We had 10 people in our group. We rented the on site vehicle which was very helpful to get around the island. The owner and property manager were very quick to respond to any questions and offer recommendations. They go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic stay. We did deep-sea fishing one day and were able to cook the fish we caught at the house. They have everything you need at the house. Buccaneer Mermaid beach was a beautiful white sand beach that has kayaks, snorkeling gear and paddle boards. I would highly recommend a snorkeling adventure to Turtle Beach Buck Island which is voted one of the top 10 prettiest beaches in the world. We also spent a couple days at the house, relaxing, swimming, listening to music, playing ping-pong and playing on the pool table. We had a fantastic time and would go back again. I would recommend this property. Thank you Bob and Roosevelt for making our family vacation memorable!!!

Worth the climb

This place is a true retreat. Sitting atop the highest point on the island, the road is steep and winding but the views and privacy are worth the climb. We traveled with our family of 7 plus a care giver for our daughter with special needs. There was more than enough room for everyone, and Bob and the team were super accommodating and responsive. All questions and concerns were immediately addressed. It’s clear their priority was my family’s good time. We took advantage of the on-site car rental and explored the island during the days (Buck Island is a must!) and had family movie night in the main room on the giant screen TV. Sitting above it all, it was easy to unplug and leave the stress of work and daily life behind. It’s a very cool property with a neat history (and the teenagers declared it extremely instagram worthy). Thanks for the good time gents!

Amazing trip

Our family of 16 spent a week at Polaris Point. The view and property are stunning in person! It was truly a luxurious villa. The amenities of towels, shampoo, kitchen items and food on arrival were so helpful. The owners were amazing with communication and making sure the entire family had a wonderful stay. The house manager was so helpful and courteous. Some appliances were not working butt the house was waiting for the shipment off replacements. Overall it was an incredible stay.

There are no words to fully describe the beauty of this home! This was the perfect location for our family vacation, everyone had their own private room and bathroom, the pool is incredible and the views are breathtaking! Our host Bob, was incredibly kind and quick to answer every question, help make reservations and check in on us to ensure we are having a wonderful time, he truly wants his guests to feel at home and ensure we are informed and he connected us to all the right people. Thank you, Bob!! And thank you for all your recommendations and setting up our beach day at the Buckneer Resort and boat ride (highly recommended)!! The boat ride was unforgettable with Captain Carl to Buck Island, don't don't miss out on this adventure. The property car rental is a bonus. We had 14 people on our family trip and every single one of us want to come back to this luxury home. We felt on top of the world!! Do your self a favor and book with Bob!!

Greatest Getaway

I named this the greatest getaway because I actually found a t-shirt that said this and it fit. This was the best week we have ever had as a family. The house and cottage is breath taking. You truly wake up, sit around and go to sleep looking at the most amazing views I have ever seen. We had 14 people in our family. We ate in town but also cooked out one night and it was so fun. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the entire process was from booking, visiting with owner and everyone who has a part in the house, to being met at airport by one the nicest guys around ever!! We will for sure repeat this vacation and stay again! Beautiful and amazing !

Perfect family trip

Our family of 21-ages 3 months to 66-just finished a perfect vacation at Polaris Pointe. The house and grounds were absolutely beautiful !!! The views are incredible, both from the front and back . The swimming pool is the largest we have ever had at a rental home. The grandchildren had a ball in it every day. Bob and Will were so helpful answering all my many questions before we got there and then Roosevelt was there to help us in any way we needed . He was always so pleasant and cheerful and he went out of his way to make our trip perfect ! Chef Brady and Sherlyn cooked delicious breakfast and dinner meals for us. The stuffed chicken, lobster , and pork chops were unbelievable . We took a wonderful day trip with Lyric Sails. Captain Mike and Brett were so kind and accommodating. Mermaid Beach at the Buccaneer Resort was amazing and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a trip your family will always remember, go to Polaris Pointe!

My family had an amazing time! The property has an amazing view! The owner Bob is great about staying in communication with you every step of the way! He is willing to help make reservations or point you in the right direction for anything you’d like to do on the island. Chef Brady was an amazing extra! Highly suggested! Roosevelt is a great addition to get you started and show you the ropes! He does a wonderful job of checking in on you throughout your visit and if you need anything he’ll be there to help out! The pool and hot tub are wonderful! They started to add a putting green. I can’t wait to go back and see what updates they make over the next couple of years to the property! They are off to a great start!!! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Bob and Crew!
