  • Work out, lay out, hang out, chill out, no reason to go out. 'Villa Santa Cruz' is our 4900 Square Foot, 4 bedroom/5 bathroom gated sanctuary that is truly the ultimate island paradise. Steps away from Columbus Landing Beach. World class diving at the Salt River Canyon. All bedrooms have private baths with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and one sleeper sofa located in the office. 'Villa Santa Cruz' offers the ultimate retreat for your next Caribbean getaway. Take full advantage of your island vacation with a contemporary - yet exceptionally comfortable - haven where you can entertain guests, indulge in luxury amenities and soak up the tropical sun. Our amazing amenities include a great room with wet bar, big screen TV, game room with wet bar, billiards, pub table, gym, chefs kitchen with dining that seats 8, diesel generator, views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands, sun deck with 40 foot pool, pool adjacent to the '1493 Bar and Grill', our outdoor bbq area with cabana seating for 5 and gas grill, steps from beach.


    Come experience the 'Jewel of the Caribbean' in beautiful St. Croix! Explore on your own, or work with us to help you discover the best the island has to offer. We are located on the North Shore of St. Croix in the Salt River National Park and Ecological Preserve. Completed in 2009 Villa Santa Cruz is full of modern amenities but steeped in a rich and storied history. Our hideaway is located on 'Columbus Landing' beach, named for the place where Columbus anchored 17 ships on his second voyage in 1493. Columbus, as the discoverer of this island, gave it it's original name, 'Santa Cruz' or Holy Cross. Though the island took the derivative of St. Croix later, the property carries the name 'Santa Cruz' in honor of the first visit and the original name of the Caribbean isle. Come experience the luxury of our tropical paradise.

    While I don't think a 4-wheel drive is necessary we do recommend an SUV or a vehicle with a bit more ground clearance to navigate the final approach to our home at this time.

This is lovely, spacious home with all the amenities. We loved spending time at the pool and beach. The home gym and pool table are great added perks that our family enjoyed. The kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated being able to drink the tap water. Our savior was the gorgeous views from the balcony. And thank you very much for the welcome meal and cocktails.

The home was beautiful with lots of room for our party of 10. Home and pool were clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Property Manager Austin was very helpful and responsive. Even came out to assist when we needed help with a minor coral injury. A welcome meal was provided on arrival. As a bonus we hired Austin’s wife Juliana to prepare a birthday celebration meal and a couple of other small meals. Highly recommend this home and would stay there again. Definitely 10/10!

The communication before our stay was outstanding which gave us plenty of time to plan our activities. Home was perfect place to stay. So relaxing and great way to unplug and just enjoy family time. Villa Santa Cruz

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Villa Santa Cruz. The Villa is beautiful and well laid out for separate families within the family. The location is ideal - secluded on a rocky beach but still close to many things including Christiansted and the Salt River Marina. It was a perfect location for us to celebrate our anniversary.

Stunning property, location, view, pool. The views are magnificent, easy access to the beach, refreshing, sparkling clean pool. The kids spent time on the beach, finding shells, their dad spent time in the ocean snorkeling, the old folks enjoyed the pool the most. The location is very handy and everything we wanted was only a short drive away. We were fortunate to find this property and our excitement over it was rewarded! Hope to be back someday soon.

The Villa is about a 15 minute drive from the airport, Christiansted, and nice beaches. Austin was a tremendous help, and the food prepared by Chef Juliana was some of the best we’ve had anywhere!

The view was amazing! The house was great, plenty of room for everyone. Table was big enough for eight people to play cards every night(chairs could use a cushion) great memories! Had a few minor issues the biggest one was air in living room didn't work, Austin tried his best to get it fixed but was unable to. Other than that it was perfect best family vacation ever! We will defiantly stay here again.

The property was exactly as listed...utterly gorgeous. After a long day of travel, we were met at the airport and given a wonderful house tour and a delicious surprise meal. I would recommend the property to anyone without hesitation.
