Leuk huisje

Mooi en verzorgd huisje … mooie tuin met lekkere stoelen. Het ligt wel aan een drukke (gevaarlijke) weg. Communicatie vooraf kan beter. De reviews op VRBO kloppen niet helemaal…

A lovely cottage in a secluded area so very quiet( apart from some road noise at times) struggled a bit with a slippy staircase. The cottage had all you would wish for to have a comfortable stay and the initial gifts were a great surprise. Would recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Overall the cottage was very cosy and reasonably well equipped - but could have done with some tin foil and cling film - the open plan was not conducive to a good nights sleep if your partner snores - but the relaxer chairs were very comfortable - shame there are no pubs within walking distance.

A good base for New Forest

Excellent accommodation and every attention to detail with regard to our comfort.A good selection of books, games,DVD’s and even a piano for our entertainment on rainy days.A good base for exploring the New Forest and a lovely secluded garden for lazy days with plenty of bird life to observe. The cottage is 5 minutes drive to a couple of pubs with good food but would have preferred them to have been in walking distance. We were given a warm welcome by the owner and provided with a range of supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc.All in all a good restful break in a lovely cottage which would have been made perfect by being within walking distance to a pub or village.
