As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by a large entrance , ideal for storing your luggage comfortably. The delicate tones of the rooms blend harmoniously with the historic soul of the city, creating a unique, warm and welcoming environment .
First Floor — “Verde Sage” and “Vaniglia” Apartments
Verde Salvia
A cozy apartment with a simple and refined style. The living area consists of an armchair that can be converted into a single bed and a space dedicated to luggage. The wardrobe is functional and well organized, with a sideboard section equipped with everything you need for cooking : induction stove, refrigerator, dishes and utensils. The high table with 3 stools completes the kitchen with a contemporary touch.
The double bedroom is elegant and spacious, while the bathroom is modern and complete, equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink
Vanilla
This second apartment, also located on the first floor, stands out for its intimate and bright atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a comfortable single sofa bed , while the kitchen, also complete with everything, invites you to prepare tasty meals independently.
The double room is large and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day in the lagoon. The bathroom is surprising for its generosity in space and the elegant and functional niche shower .
Second Floor — “Indaco” Apartment
A small entrance welcomes you to this apartment with a young and modern style. On the left, a small bedroom with bunk beds is perfect for the little ones or for traveling friends. The living area has a modern kitchen with a snack table , a comfortable armchair and a TV for moments of relaxation .
An elegant wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs, where a romantic double bedroom opens up . Here you will also find a soft area dedicated to relaxation: an atmosphere lamp, a sofa and a chest complete the furniture with taste and functionality.
