« The hotel needs updating especially the bathroom. Our thermostat was not working in our room so we had to control the temperature from the unit itself. Did not feel real cold air coming out at all and left our room pretty damp. Location could be better but it was a nice stay and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful »

« Staff was very helpful in giving directions to an event. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've experienced in hotels. Room and shower were very clean. Pool was nice but I didn't have opportunity to use it during my stay. »

« Two entrances had broken doors, one of which had no door. Remote didn’t work right for the tv, and the room smelled. AC system barely functioned. The breakfast was very limited. »

« We stayed there last year, and it was acceptable. However, this year when we were to check in, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson. »

« For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

« It was handy for us to have a nice selection of microwaveable foods- one of our sons was hungry and it was too late to go out and find food. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I’d love fresh fruit or salsa but otherwise had a varied selection. »

« While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable. »
