'The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, water was cold and had no preasure, rooms were not cleaned daily. Breakfast was poor. Sub standard and I broke 1water glass and they changed me K100 a total rip off if you ask me. '

'There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in. Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged.
