Modern Villa "Familia Feliz" Short Walk from Beach with Pool, Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Just a short walk from the gorgeous beach Playa de la Barrosa, the Villa Familia Feliz is located on the quiet outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera and offers guests a beautiful and highly private pool area. Perfectly integrating elegant, clean design with a cosy atmosphere, the holiday villa consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped, modern kitchen with a cooking island, bar stools and a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) and a half-bath (in the outdoor area). The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television. In the outdoor area of the fenced property, you are ensured utmost privacy as you sunbathe on the beach chairs by the poolside and refresh yourself in the crisp water. Spend some relaxing hours on your lawn, lined with lush trees and shrubs, and enjoy a glass of full-bodied wine. Outside you will also find an outdoor shower and a barbecue, the latter of which allows you to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones on mild summer evenings. Due to the villa’s fantastic location, a selection of local restaurants, supermarkets, bars and cafes are a 14-minute walk or 1.1 km from the property. One of the most famous beaches of Spain, Playa de la Barrosa, whose white sands stretch for kilometers along the coastline, is furthermore only a 12-minute walk or 1 km away.



One parking space is available on the property.
