We’re professional musicians and spend much of the year touring the country with our band, The Imaginaries. After years of traveling and staying in short-term rentals ourselves, we learned firsthand how much a clean, comfortable and welcoming place can mean when you're away from home. ✹ Sleeping Arrangements: The home is ideal for 2 guests in the queen bed. A queen air mattress is available to accommodate up to 4 guests.



✹ Exterior Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter of the property for security. There are no cameras inside the home.



✹ Security Deposit: A $150 security deposit authorization hold is required for all reservations and processed securely through our property management system. This is a temporary hold—not a charge—and is released after your stay provided there is no damage and house rules are followed.



✹ Cancellation Policy: Reservations are non-refundable. If your plans change, we'll do our best to help reschedule your stay for another available date, subject to availability. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.
