'Location is close to Ruby Falls and Rock City Garden. The staff is nice. But breakfast is mediocre. Your better option is McDonald down the street.'

'Property was nice and clean including our room that was well cooled from the May heat. The staff was not helpful and seemed inattentive especially at checkin. The breakfast was terrible with stale packaged pastries and yogurt was clabbered. Coffee was ok but cups held about 4oz. Parking and WiFi were fine.'

'This hotel is pretty clean, but they pipe in some kind of scent that was WAY too overwhelming in the lobby and hallways that gets sucked into the rooms. It made me feel ill. We forced ourselves to go to bed before 9pm so we could checkout before the sun came up. The hotels location is right next to interstate 75 as well. Very loud traffic noise did not help with the stay either. This was most definitely a one and done.'
