The unit is spacious and nicely decorated, and the layout worked well for our family. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by grave issues with check-in and cleanliness.We paid for early check-in, which was arranged the day before. However, when we arrived the front desk would not allow us to enter. We stood in the lobby with all of our luggage while the clerk tried calling and texting the host to verify the early check-in, but no one was responding. It was frustrating and made arrival unnecessarily stressful.Once inside, the unit was clearly not properly cleaned. Our children discovered broken glass strewn across the living room floor, a table, and the seating area, which was a safety concern. There was hair throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms, chips and food crumbs on the floor and the sectional, a dirty stove and kitchen walls, and even bloody mucus wiped on a wall. It appeared the unit had been quickly wiped down but not thoroughly cleaned between guests.To their credit, customer service did send a cleaner who apologized and acknowledged the condition was “so, so bad.” However, she seemed rushed and left before cleaning up the broken glass, requiring another call for someone to return.I asked to speak with management. Despite multiple calls and messages, I received no response.I was excited to finally book this property. It has potential, but it's clear that turnover and bookings are prioritized over proper cleaning and guest experience.
