Great hidden treasure!

We were in town with our rowing team for a regatta, and this was a perfect spot to stay! Amenities were perfect for our needs, the living room is super spacious for some morning yoga, and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be saving this location for our trip here next year?

This rental is exactly what it says, Clean and Cozy! The property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Chicago. Would highly recommend and would choose this place again.

Came in town for football. Very comfortable, quiet and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Only thing, at night it is hard to find parking, but overall this was a great stay. 10/10

The residence itself was great. The only downside is the location. Multiple Uber drivers asked if we were in the right location… otherwise, you get what you payed for.

Amazing Stay

The place is amazing. Easily accessible to all the major attractions. Plenty of food spots and fun things to do. Very clean and well kept. Hopefully this place is available next time we make the trip.

Much better than a hotel!

Plenty of room, very nice amenities, short walk to bus line. Felt great coming back every day to that rather than a hotel room. Much more personal.

Good:Affordable, good communication with property owner, spacious rooms.Bad:Not the best of neighborhoods even though we didn't have any issues. Parking is horrible unless you get lucky like we did. When we arrived there happened to be a parking space directly in front of the property and that is where my car stayed the entire time because anywhere we went we used UBER for all of of traveling. Otherwise, you might park 1 to 2 blocks away. Even one of our UBER drivers wouldn't wait for one of our parties to come down while attempting to lock our door upstairs because of the area and canceled our ride. He even removed all outside door handles on his car so nobody could attempt to open his doors. The furniture in the rooms were very outdated and the TV in one of the rooms didn't work. All in all, you get what you paid for, and that suited us fine. Again, it is a very bad neighborhood and you must keep your head on a swivel and be mindful of your surroundings at all times.

Very cozy, had everything we needed for by our family of 6. Convenient location, 17 min to downtown

We had a very pleasant stay , it was clean , comfy beds for everyone and the tvs on each room were a plus. It really felt like vacation! There was always a parking spot for the van outside the building and the location is fairly close to downtown. It had everything we needed and more.

Overall great stay! Neighborhood was a little unwelcoming and limited kitchen supplies but the unit was large and spavious for all of us. Alma was such a great host and very quick to respond 😊

Nice and spacious

It was the perfect place for us to stay for a long weekend. The neighborhood was a true city area and not as quiet as the suburbs but we knew that going in. No one bothered us and people were helpful. Super close to everything.
