Negatief: Netheid
The apartment staff on site were very kind. However, when we arrived at the apartment, it had not been properly cleaned. There was a bowl of half eaten chips and wrappers by one of the beds, and food remnants on the floor. Many of the essentials (tissues, coffee filters etc) were missing. The host did have someone door dash coffee filters and tissues on the third day. In addition, the dryer did not work and there was no option (other than letting someone come in to look at it while we were out), so we had to hang wet laundry on kitchen handles to dry. When we tried reaching out for a resolution, we were told multiple times that someone would reach out to us. That never happened. It was very disappointing.
