Our vacation apartments at BOTTONERA casa vacanza are located in Bottonera—the neighborhood that gives the property its name—Chiavenna’s old artisans’ quarter, just a stone’s throw from the pedestrian zone. The building, which had been unused and dilapidated for years, was lovingly renovated from the ground up. Here, timeless design meets Alpine coziness. Central yet quiet. Bathed in sunshine with south-facing balconies and magnificent mountain views.

The Prata is our sunny, alpine-style design retreat for 2 people on the 2nd floor, featuring an open-concept layout. A floating LAGO double bed (1.60 m), an open-concept bathroom with a separate toilet and bidet, a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette, and a south-facing balcony with magnificent mountain views. In the Leya Swingseat, you can unwind and enjoy the view. Meanwhile, your aperitivo chills in the stylish SMEG retro refrigerator, a classic of “Made in Italy” design.
