"Lots of good to say about this place. Lovely surroundings and truly quiet (could occasionally hear passing cars on the highway, but the cabin is a decent distance away and the amount of traffic is fairly light). Lots of walkable, even hikeable, areas on the property. Cozy furnishings, though dining room table is tiny, even for one person. Internet is decent - I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to work there (LAN connection) and stream, but not sure how that would go with more than one...

"It was very dusty on the inside. Big dust bunnies sitting on the curtains and the bathroom was so tiny the shower leaked all the floor. The bed was on a frame too small for the mattress and so it liked to flip into the air when you sat on the end of it. "

"This was a very lovely one night stop over. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed friendly front desk service, an easy check in, and a peaceful stay. Though there were obviously others staying at this location, we didn't hear a sound. Truly a pleasant experience. I did take one star off of condition, only because the beds, though comfortable, were a smidge indented in the middle and therefore could be uncomfortable for some. We had no trouble."

"If you like rustic and simple, the peacefulness of the country and being "off the grid" you are gonna Love this place! Enjoy the thrill as you drive down the miles of winding gravel roads wondering if the next bend is your destination. And finally you are there... feel the peace as you slowly roll down the drive... no traffic, no noise, no hassle. Just good country folks respecting your space, but there for you if you need something. Coming here was the best part of our trip. Thank you Cassie...
