'This is our 2nd stay at this cottage. We like the quiet and the close proximity to incredible paddling. Moxham mountain is a nice nearby hike.'

'Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. '

'Adorable little cottage just a few minutes from Lake George. Perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I! The hosts were extremely nice, made sure everything was clean for when we arrived, and even left us some tasty donuts on the kitchen table! Would absolutely stay again next time we take a trip to the area!'

'Our stay at the cabin was everything we could have asked for and more. Welcoming, relaxing and inspiring. Waking up to birdsong and the sound of the river was wonderful. The view was beautiful. We loved hanging out on the deck and took full use of the comfy furniture under the covered part of the deck on many afternoons and evenings. 'Stayed there with my husband, daughters, kids and brother for Mom’s 90th birthday!! Plenty of space and cute place!!!'

'A great location for the hiking and kayaking we wanted to experience in the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The home was a little dark for reading which were were prepared for with book lights. You can hear the cars on route 87 to be aware of if the would bother you. '

'Property is beautiful BUT beware the cabins are much smaller than they appear in the photos. The upstairs with the 2 beds is just a crawl space with beds. Not suitable for young kids or anyone tall lol. The steps leading up to that space is dangerous. Make sure to buy the linen package, i didnt even know it exsisted until we arrived and it was to late to purchase. Beware of the slippery floors as well, my kids took many spills on them. The bunkbeds are also in closet NOT room. '
