« Perfect location »

« Everything about this property was carefully designed and crafted to complement the Adirondack theme. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After preparing dinner they started a fire in the pit where everyone congregated and traded stories. Highly recommend this property! »

« First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure! »

« Myself and 2 friends from high school stayed there for a little mini-reunion. Cabin was great. Especially liked the big porch to sit out on and catch up. Pretty view of river and not too far from Lake George. »

« Looks exactly how it does in the pictures. So cozy and perfect for a little get away. Far away from everything but also close enough to a town if anything is needed! Definitely will be back! »

« Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. »

« This place was great! We enjoyed walking the property and hot tubbing. The farmhouse was unique, but amazing! Leslie and team were friendly, we enjoyed chats over breakfast and pizza. Would definitely visit again. »

« Perfect remote location for a weekend away! Jackie is a great host and cabin was very clean and delicate. »

« Cabin was great! It was nice and secluded, but at the same time clean and modern. Plenty of place for the kids to spread out and also enjoy family dinners together. Hot tub and firepit were a nice touch. »

« If you are thinking of renting a charming authentic Adirondack cabin on a quiet pond this place is perfect - better than advertised as a matter of fact. We read, swam, cooked, and hiked. It was idyllic, rustic without being too remote to run into town for groceries. Clean and well-maintained by the hosts without sacrificing the magic. The hosts were available but totally unobtrusive. It was exactly what we had hoped for. »
