'Loved being able to do laundry. It was very peaceful drinking coffee in the morning watching the cows, horses and chickens. Very beautiful property with an entrance to the creek that was super scenic. The host even stopped by while we were outside enjoying the weather and scenery when she and her husband were picking up her vehicle from a day of working the farm to make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions. 'What a great experience. Thus is an extremely clean and peaceful stay for those traveling the 1-44 corridor. We found this Vrbo thoughtfully stocked and met all our needs. I would say it’s about 10 minutes from anything in st James proper. The only sad thing to report is that the physical guest book left us zero space (blank pages)to fill an entry for those who enjoy writing to others and reading about other experiences.'

'the house was so very very comfortable and large enough to house 16 of our family. it was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. we had a family float trip and was only a few miles from the resort. 'This place was perfect for our weekend plans! It was clean, comfortable and roomy, but we basically only went in to sleep. We primarily utilized the outdoor space. The spacious, covered pavilion was equipt with bathrooms and a kitchen space. We cooked and ate our meals outside, as well as talking around the fire (plan to supply your own firewood).
