Chalets in Cheney

'Visiting an EWU student athlete and chose The Cottage (sitting on a family farm and among towering trees) as it was a good place to stay, get outdoors, cook, watch movies and generally catch up. Property is lovely and comfortable, well supplied and very clean. Proprietor was available and helpful and we were allowed to walk around the beautiful property. I will definitely stay again. This is the best place for EWU student parents, etc. Location is so near EWU, town, shops, restaurants. ...

'The tiny home was exactly as advertised. The 'sleeps four' statement is a little optimistic as the second bed is up a slightly scary ladder and inches from the ceiling, but we all slept well, so not bad. The outside firepit and seating is lovely.'

'Interesting place to stay. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel is old and is lacking in maintenance (worst bathroom state we have seen so far during our trips). But its still good value for money. The traintracks behind the Motel and (outside) noise was concerning at first (we knew about this from reading other reviews before we booked), but we had no issue with it at all during the night, we all slept well. Very close to various gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores.'

'We loved the ease of this place. Easy check in. Very clean. Great beds and lots of space. I would definitely bring ear plugs for the train noise and your next door neighbors. I love how they are repurposing this building for short stays. '

'Voor een overnachting van $ 132 in het naseizoen verwacht ik een motel wat er perfect uitziet. De score van 8,8 verleidde mij om voor dit motel te kiezen maar wat wij voor die $ 132 onder andere kregen was een kamer met een smerig tapijt, een stijfbevroren vriesvak en schimmel in het koffieapparaat. En dat alles verpakt in een kamer (2) uit de 70er jaren. Wel hulde voor de snelheid van het inchecken: in ruil voor mijn naam kreeg ik de sleutel van de kamer. Binnen een minuut stond ik weer buiten.'

'This is our second time staying here and my kids love it. The pool is echoey, but that does not stop my children from playing. We love the breakfast and the convenience of everything. '

'Great one night stay while traveling. Old and quaint, well taken care of. You can see they take pride and maintaining the property. I suggest sleeping with earplugs anywhere along this corridor, as there is a lot of train traffic. We are up and out of there early in the morning to hit the road so we did not take advantage of the breakfast.'
