Door lacks security lock and is loose. I needed a paper wedge in the door jam to keep the door from rattling. Air conditioner didn’t work.

Rooms were clean and tidy. The room floors are laminate. Heat worked quickly and well. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Hallway floors are carpeted. Breakfast was basic and adequate. Coffee was hot. Juice was cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hi, JenniferYou booked the room through Expedia for 2 person, But when you check in you say 4 person, i told you have to pay for extra 2 person and you say only 2 person staying in room and another 2 person sleeping in car, But i see in camera another 2 person enter in your room from back door around before midnightThanks

Not planning on coming back.
The TV only worked on one channel. We found dirty towels in multiple places in our room. The bathroom was in need of new curtains on the shower and badly needed to be thoroughly cleaned all over. I mentioned the problems to the front desk and was told the cleaning crews were very over worked because there so busy. I didn't see more than 5 cars around the whole building. The place was not busy at all.

This has been the worst experiences ive ever had..the sheets and blanket had stains on them (use went and bought our own to use). The room was clean..staff was nice but they did nothing about the people screaming in the halls all night..got no sleep and had to listen to people yelling all night

The room was satisfactory. It seemed clean and the staff were friendly. TV remote didn't control volume. I had to operate this at the TV. There was no plug for the bathroom sink. Minor issues, though. Overall the room was fine.

Very comfortable beds, nice staff. Hallways, stairs and lobby need attention. Hotels.com indicated this was a lakefront property, which it is not. Its an alright place. I'd stay again if I had to but, the smell in hallways and need for freshening up, even in the coffee served, would make me think twice. Seems its just an place without a lot of activity which would provide opportunity for more updating and making/keeping things fresh.

Small town gem
The hotel is very clean and up to date. I had the king room. Everything was delightful. And there are good restaurants close by within walking distance.

Comfortable but not the cleanest
It was good overall though the room could have been a little cleaner. Saw cobwebs in a corner and the bathtub wasn't really clean either.
