Stroll down the path to White Pond to enjoy some sun, sand, and swimming or take a quick 5-10 minute drive to some of the Cape's best beaches. Come explore Cape Cod and create lasting memories at the Chit-Chat.

THE SPACE
Perfect getaway to relax and unwind in beautiful Chatham, MA. Located in a 5 acre private community on beautiful White Pond. This is 2 bedroom cottage with one bathroom with a queen bed in one room and the other has two twin beds. Each room has a ceiling fan/window ac and T.V. with cable and Wifi are included.
The fresh water pond is zero depth, clean and perfect for canoeing, swimming and fishing! Tennis, golfing, antiquing, flea markets, art fairs, home of the Chatham Anglers (free Cape Cod Baseball League games and weekly kids baseball camps in the morning! ), Friday night Chatham Band concerts (free and don't forget the penny candy store), 4 star resort Chatham Bars Inn. Two of the best restaurants, Pates or Mac Seafood Restaurant, are just a five minute walk from the cottage. Don't forget a tour with the U.S. Coast Guard of Chatham Lighthouse. Close to fabulous National Seashore beaches and home to its own favorites like Hardings Beach(1 mile), Ridgevale Beach, and Chatham Lighthouse. This a quiet hideaway away from the bustling world yet close enough for all of the activities of the charming town of Chatham.

GUEST ACCESS
There is parking for 2 cars. One spot is located on the side of the cottage and one in the front. There are additional guest spots located at the back of the property and are marked.
A code for the lockbox will be provided.
