Hôtel près de Château de Donnington (Newbury)

« We stayed for one night, in the luxe room, well maintained and spacious, soaking tub was lovely for the mrs, »

« Great location. Excellent food. Helpful staff. Very quiet. We will visit again. »

« Very good place to stay, with spa, sauna, steam, swimming pool and good restaurant »

« It certainly had the charm and the location was great. The room was pretty small for two people with suitcases. Breakfast was good. »

« Chambre suffisamment grande , donnant sur cour et silencieuse , hôtel bien situé.Seul point négatif : le mitigeur de la douche ne permettait qu’ une douche trop chaude ou trop froide , jamais de température idéale et en plus à faible pression , ne permettant pas de se laver les cheveux ! Et le petit déjeuner serait vraiment â améliorer. »

« We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay. »

« Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed. »
