'The location of the property was amazing, the view was priceless. There was an error with our booking and we needed an extra night and we were accommodated, which was greatly appreciated. The property was poorly maintained and not very clean. The rooms are not serviced. We were able to ask for what we needed, towels, extra linen. We were able to clean our room and the floor ourselves when required. Overall we had a great stay and the room accommodated our family of four. '

Breakfast had new additions daily using local products as much as possible. Above all Maria is the most pleasant and accommodating host ever!!!! 'The hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of the old town, on a gorgeous natural setting. Everything in town and even the small beach in Livadia was easy to reach on foot (assuming one is reasonably fit and does not mind a little walk). Breakfast and cocktails were top-notch and staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I can sincerely recommend the hotel to anyone! '
