Guests will have private access to the entire ground floor apartment, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and patio. They will also have access to the private parking area and front veranda.



The Neighborhood:

Perfect location in a very quiet neighbourhood in Downtown Charlottetown. Older homes and churches nearby and only a 5 minute walk to all shopping, entertainment, theater and the historic Charlottetown Waterfront.



Getting Around:

Charlottetown is a great place to get out and walk around. Walking tours are available from the tourist information center on Water street only 2 minutes away. From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 1 block from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.

Also all major bus routes only steps from apartment front door.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this apartment is one of three units in the building. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. We have a strict no-party policy and enforce quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Cooking seafood (including lobster) is not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. One dog up to 25 lbs is allowed; pets are not permitted on furniture and must not be left unattended. Free street parking is available.
